I use Google Docs, in the Chrome browser to write my posts. I have found that when I embed hyperlinks they DO NOT open in a new tab or window but rather open in the same tab you are reading the post in, unless you are reading via email distribution (please sign up for email distribution).
For me to be able to embed links that open in a new tab or window I must compose in the blogging software itself and, um, well... I don’t wanna.
So…
IF you want to follow a link in a post and do it in a new tab or window so that you are still able to see the blog, on Windows machines you can press Ctrl then click.
Otherwise just hit the back arrow once you’re done reading the information on the link.
I do not sell or rent subscriber lists, email addresses and I NEVER will link to a page that I know to be unsafe or is directly soliciting something from an unknown third party.
